Remember the humble shandy? For a long time, it has been lazily made by mixing cheap lager/ bitter and low-grade lemonade in equal measure.
Shandy Shack is reinventing the shandy by crafting delicious, hoppy brews and combining them with secret recipe sodas to create a range of low-alcohol alternatives for the increasingly conscious drinker.
This summer, they have been touring a range of festivals, food markets and functions around the country, serving their unique shandies from their very own hand-built ’shack’, an endearingly-rickety mobile bar that was knocked together right at the beginning of the adventure.
To launch their product at MK Biergarten, we will be welcoming co-founder and local boy Ed to talk about their story so far, and to give you a taste of the #shandyrevolution!
