With the theme of ‘Heroes and Villains’, the 2019 Loughton Scarecrow Trail is set to wow visitors. From fairy tales to cartoons, novels to films, you will be sure to find a favourite character amongst the many creations from local people and schools.
Pick up your guide for the trail from All Saints’ Church on Saturday 15 and Saturday 22 June from 10.00am – 5.00pm, Sunday 16 June and Sunday 23 June from 11.00am – 5.00pm, priced just £3.
The guide includes a quiz for children, and a voting slip for the Visitors’ Choice Award – a chance to vote for your favourite scarecrow. Once you have a guide, you can take advantage of the long summer evenings to stroll around Loughton and view the ‘crows’.
