This amazing class will give you a full body workout like you’ve never experienced before. A true detox, the 2.5 hour workshop begins with the 26 postures from the original hot yoga series – Bikram yoga. Once you’re warmed up and are raring to go you’ll move into a variety of the 108 postures designed by Bishnu Gosh. You’ll go deeper into poses, developing your flexibility and taking your body to new places.
This is a great class for regular and longstanding practitioners of our Sweat Hot or Bikram yoga classes. Knowledge of yoga is required as is a have-a-go attitude and a willingness to have sone fun.
Be prepared to sweat. Come well hydrated and bring two towels. Only eat a light lunch.
