This one is quite difficult seeing as many of the products out there are hyped up, but I'm going to say OPI's Nail Envy is my pick of the week. It genuinely works. My nails are very hard after just 4 weeks of use. I managed to find it cheaper on Amazon too.

I need to get my mits on some Nail Envy again, it worked wonders for me a few years back, so much so that my nails stayed strong! That was about 4 years ago, and they're only just starting to get a bit weak again now. AMAZING stuff.
