MAC speed dial

It's official. I'm addicted to lipstick! 

I bought this last Sunday after debating all weekend what colour to get! I popped into MAC on Friday, because I wanted to get Viva Glam Nicki, but it's so bright; too bright for my skin! I might go back and actually try it on my lips, but I didn't love it as much as I thought I would. It was between 'Speed Dial' , 'Chatterbox' and 'Please Me'  (which I am going to go back and buy...) and I picked 'Speed Dial'. Here are some nice photo's of an untouched MAC lipstick. Indulge yourself... New lipsticks are so pretty! 

'Speed Dial' is a pretty pink colour, that is so girly; I love it! It is a cremesheen formula, so it's quite glossy. It has a gold undertones to it too, which gives it an almost pearly shine. I did swatch it and took a photo in natural light, but it's gone a very weird colour! It swatches as a pretty pearly pink, and looks the same on the lips. The formula isn't drying at all, and lasts a good 3 hours. It's quite pigmented too, taking about two swipes to gain full coverage. 

It of course, carried the traditional MAC lipstick scent, of vanilla, reminding me of summer and ice cream! It's undetectable on the lips but it does smell yummy! I think this might be my new favourite pink lipstick! It's perfect for every day wear and for spring and summer!
Unfortunately, I now have a MAC wishlist as long as my arm. If only it wasn't so expensive, I would buy out the whole lipstick range...
